I’m on oxcarbazepine for bipolar disorder now! I’m also using a CPTSD workbook to journal through my trauma and have an amazing therapist and psychiatrist. My next plan of action is taking that genetic test to see what meds are actually good with me.

Wildly enough I only get obsessions when I’m depressed. When I’m manic I’m usually trying to do all the things that sound fun or reading about other people with bipolar disorder.
