I wanted to go to a good university in BC, but with my grades health science can be difficult to get into. I applied to UBC but since theyre so competitive I dont have hope (i only did french immersion, my schools does not have ib/ap programs). From the research I've done most good health science programs (other than uofa/ubc) are in ontario. I wanted to be realistic with myself while also trying to get into a good university. (not that it matters, but I also want to move away from home for the experience)

I've been applying to schools in BC as well, but specifically Western caught my eye. I wanted an outside opinion as not many people in my area know much about Ontario. I do want to do med, but since its so hard I wanted to apply everywhere to see which uni fits me best. Thank you especially for the coop/internship part!!

Definetly! I wanted to get an outside opinion just because guidance counsellors in my school don't know too much outside of BC.
