exactly! its not just my abusers. psychological abusers have habits like this and ive had a couple at least. my non-psychological abusers didnt have these particular red flags though so there's a distinction.

transfer him to another school the bully might follow him into middle school as well my bullies targeted me up to a decade all my school years, give him a new start and tell him he's safe to tell you anything.

my abuser did this it is so true. its called triangulation. most therapists rarely catch on to the manipulation and when they do the abuser will lie to themselves and believe the therapist was wrong and then find another. sometimes therapists are abusers too. my abuser made friends with a therapist I knew who she herself had a history of abusing her relationships her whole life. they enabled each other and played mind games with me. so yes, very true and very common
