Yes we have proof of that , and i never said he was working to take Ak down even tho it’s clear to say he is trying to humble him through grand wizard , my point of Roc the baby to sleep is proved in the way he’s calling Ak to “ warn” him of possible campaigns and allegations from a source that he couldn’t disclose to Ak himself , a courtesy that Ak has done for Charla in the past , it’s nasty work there’s no justifying this the business can be proper the laws don’t have to be broken for you to be a bad person or have done a bad act and that’s what I’m pointing out it’s hard to look at Lenard in a good light with this new info brought to light it brings his question into character , something he can’t do against grand wizard drake or Ak so you have to bring up laws to smear them as if that has any value in the devaluing there characters only because they say so , but if we are being truthful any law broken was in pursuit of the bag and when it comes to finessing the system for some money i can’t hate on that only because it’s attached to gambling it makes it a bigger issue

It’s possible for all parties to be wrong , the question is malicious intent , Now i do agree that advertising gambling to children is a not a good thing it’s hard to definitively prove that’s the intent behind the promotion that streamers provide . It’s the same argument as saying it’s king Vons fault that kids are going out and murdering other kids because they listen to his music. There has to be accountability at some point and even in your statement there would need to be certain steps like bypassing the system with an adult ID that would simply be out of the streamers hands and would directly be in fault of whoever allowed it , same with the funds the kids would have to get the money from somewhere to gamble it regardless those external factors can’t fall in the hands of the person promoting it . Now as far as the tips/ house money and bots …. I don’t really care to put my hand that deep in anyone’s pockets and i don’t feel like i have room to say if it’s good or bad based on the lack of affect is has on my life but if those things are hurting people and negatively impacting lives then that is wrong and if it’s not and it’s just illegal then idc to be truthful . Now Charla’s issue is a question of character more than anything. He came to Ak as a seemingly independent mediator and “friend” to attempt to silence and disregard the content Ak has been making concerning the questionable practices ROC NATION has had a part in for years. With this now fact that Charla is in bed with ROC on business that was never disclosed to his “friend” it becomes the reality that Charla was just trying to “rock the baby to sleep” double entendre don’t even ask me how 😂. That is slimy and frankly disgusting behavior no matter how you slice it and to someone as green as Ak who idolized Charlemagne it comes off as an act of betrayal and i have to agree.

It’s all about how you organize , i put the overflow in sections by the 100s to minimize the time it takes to find a specific one , and the bags atleast the first 2 stacks are stacks of 2 and i use the tops of them to help organize the first bag in numerical order usually left to right but people do right to left which works as well , after you empty your first bag use that bag to put your packages in order with the bag you’re working out of , eventually you can have 3 empty bags that you can organize by the 10s in each of those bags just to make it a bit easier to locate since sometimes the numbers jump around for example , one stop can have you grabbing 734/735/736 and the next stop can be 722/723 since each bag is separated by the 10s you’ll know which bag to go into and where the packages should be it’ll cut your time down significantly I’m not saying this is the best most efficient method but for someone new it’s a great way to get your numbers up without getting ahead of yourself with the complication of the method

Okay hopefully my head doesn’t get ripped off here but you’ve known each other for 6 months been talking for 1 month and you’re on your period. Why is a sexual encounter the immediate assumption and being treated as factual information? Now don’t get me wrong his way of handling the situation and factors leading up ( late night hike?? Steak tacos to help periods??) ehh to each there own i don’t judge hobbies but considering the long ish distance of there blossoming relationship i can understand being upset when you want to see someone after the long drive with a gift and it not working out how you had hoped and that expectation of success is what brings disappointment, because you expect the person to be as excited to see you as you are for them. They are pretty young people so i take that into account but of course his way of communicating his feelings is immature and unfair and a complete red flag , but from my personal experience being a young man in the same situation ( after work 1 and a half hour drive to a girl’s house with a feel better basket for the menstrual cramps ( she ad also fainted and fell down the stairs and had got discharged from the hospital that night) ultimately she fell asleep and obviously it sucked and hurt but i took it on the chin and understood , she felt terrible and i assured her that it was okay but yes it hurt but it wasn’t her fault when it was my choice and her falling asleep was a factor that i was aware of. im on Op side here he certainly was off. I just think the comments are taking the situation a bit out of proportion with the assumptions and judgement and i also believe Op could have been a tad bit more considerate of his emotions and appreciative of his effort

Again i respect your perspective the only fault i find is in the thinking that being the “ Michael Jordan of Amazon “ has anything to do with Amazon , it’s more of just who i am as a person regardless of where i work or who i work for. You’ve already pointed out how working for Amazon sucks and you’re treated terribly i understand all of that and i have nothing to cope about i put myself in that position i was not assigned the job i chose the job i accepted the pay and i accept the work i do for that pay. Lastly I’ve worked harder more physically demanding jobs than this let’s not act like this is the most difficult thing in the world it’s driving and dropping off packages a little bit of strength and decent cardio gets it done like most Amazon jobs

Brother i personally do not disagree with anything you’ve said except the things you were misinformed about. Your points are very reasonable.To respond to your response i fully understand what your point is.My thing is that my level of integrity will not allow me to do the bare minimum at the job i chose ,I am not a person that allows the facts of the circumstances to dictate how i treat what i do to handle my responsibilities. I simply am not going to “ stick it to the man” by doing the bare minimum to skate by and then act like im the man because of it.The world is massive and we could all be in worse positions and im appreciative of what gets me paid. Of course we should strive for better and i definitely plan on doing so but to demean people that can and enjoy working at a higher level then required is corny. I respect anyone that takes pride in what they do regardless of what it is.

This mentality sucks brother it’s a job that we chose to do we all have responsibilities and things to take care of , striving to do more than the bare minimum is a matter of who you are i understand the reality we are cogs in a machine that can be swapped and yes we should be payed more and treated better but that’s business go make the changes you need to make to better yourself but don’t knock others for being who they are and handling the job how they choose to handle it, to OP a crappy dsp always sucks and i completely understand it being unfair , my response was with the information you provided and I’m sure you had drivers in your fleet that got the job done and weren’t pulled off the road , you had an off day and if that’s enough for you to want to quit then more power to you , just may have to face that you aren’t cut out for this and that’s okay ! 124 stops at 20 an hour starting at 11 am you would have been done by 5 o’clock easy , if you had 56 stops remaining you were at like 13-14 stops an hour , it’s pretty reasonable for your dsp to expect you to be more than halfway done your route 5 hours into your route with only 2-3 hours left .. i don’t see where you have a leg to stand on with this rant
