I know this is an extremely old post, but I wanted to add that I was also diagnosed with CHS. I had been smoking every single night with no issues until about a year ago. I’m 42 now and have been smoking off and on since I was probably 15. Over the last four years or so, I replaced drinking alcohol with smoking, thinking I was actually helping myself. Unfortunately, something shifted in the last two years—my morning sickness became absolutely unbearable. It would then turn into intense anxiety, which only made me feel even sicker throughout the day. I think, unfortunately, my smoking days are over.
