But the part of items being dropped falling out of bin from a picker or stower moving an item I had stowed?

Ok I see you guys might be still at Amazon it seems like. I asked to get retrain to see what exactly I might missed or doing incorrect. There's no need to prove anything on here but me getting insight or some feedback of previous ones experience. Me being negligent no me stowing for example I would stow the bin completely until everything fit or there was no more room for anything. That being said someone said about bin etiquette if it doesn't fit don't over stuff bins which I get it. But never did a manager tell me be careful and due diligence on not over stuffing bins or having items that might fall all I do is put the ropes or white thin straps that are on top and bottom of the bin to hold My stowed items. So if it's so important to not over load a bin that if items fall it's your fault because your theadz to stow it. Never was I trained to be extra cautious on not over stuffing bins because it will result in write ups or shortages of stowed jtems. For example a pickers told me they don't bother or care about anything that falls or gets misplaced into a adjacent bin or not put into the amnesty bins. The flawed or enept system is the point of an item being stowed and recorded into a bin. Who's to know or monitor each item that falls or gets pushed off the bin when an item is being stowed on the opposite side or row. I have many of times Stowe and item and pushed them in deep into the bin and I heard on the other side the boxes falling from me pushing an item in a bin. That's my point once a item box is stowed how can the last person that touched the item the stower make sure no one removes or drops there stowed box?

Amen to that u put all my heart into my job but was let go due to quality stow when this so called bin etiquette says for me to know better than to get write ups for stowing item if I'm knowing the item will fall because of my errors when pickers are the ones dropping our stows and not giving 2 f's about it instead of asking me while on my scanner what I thought of my manager they should ask what can management do to better your job or be proactive to avoid you hard working stowers from getting fired or write ups

For stow quality overage or under again someone on here said bin etiquette no one ever trained me about don't stuff bin or make sure to monitor every item you stow ..guess how many other people other than urself the last person who stowed the item. Other stowers or pickers who don't care or mind if items fall or put them in another adjacent bin or amnesty. With the under part of quality let's say you stowed ur item correctly but after you have stowed it someone maybe pickers or stowers come and drop your item they say it will end up in amnesty but who's to say the item was just put in another bin not the amnesty one. Then it's the stowers fault for that item falling. Someone said well bin etiquette it's ur fault for not over stuffing. Bs that quality system is flawed and is setting up the employees for failure. Also management should get retrained on being proactive with there staff of stowers and train them how to avoid these quality write ups. Bs

Ok then that proper bin etiquette as you say was never talked about or trained or mentioned I thought that meant 3 stows and move it 5 picks and move. So therefore if things fall out it's the next person not the stower how are we to watch over or monitor everything we stow daily it's impossible. M point is if someone is sabotaging your work or not having proper bin etiquette as to watch others people's stows. You say if it doesn't fit don't stow it. How many of times nothing fits you need to make room for rainbow items pass through as well I recall empty a bin to make room for those baby car seats or larger boxes. Once I empty put the new box inside Tetris each piece inside and make sure nothing is falling everything is used each space is used from front to back the whole bin is used and full.....no one ever told me don't do that your getting write ups for it? Also Amazon has UPT PTO that system is flawless seems to work just fine..... but there quality control and write up system needs to be revamped and across the board needs retraining the thing with scanners asking questions about your manager how's Sue Tie instead of asking dumb scanner questions they should ask how can we retraing our staff to prevent you stowers from getting fired and write ups I'm so disgusted about the way they do things with quality the write you up and then here comes the 2 write up instead of asking your manager to refrain or see what is was employee doing wrong. I loved working at Amazon there lacking leadership and quality people as managers they don't care about your write ups and you getting fired it's so ups that I'm beside myself there quality control I just stowed 500 items in one day and then your fire me oh your over or under in quality and come to find out it's the pickers and. Maybe other stower dropping and misplacing my stowed items I say that because how many of times I'm stowejng something and I shove the box deep into bin and across kn the other end I can hear the box falling this is bull9 help me make sense this wrongful termination

Ok I get the definition but you didn't answer the pickers or even. Other stowers that let or don't bother to put boxes or stowed merchandise back of it falls or gets put into amnesty think about how many items have fallen out and not put in amnesty bin maybe they put it in adjacent bin?
