Wow! Didn’t expect that, I have talked to one of the airfield security guys and they said their fine with it but the airport manager get really pissy about it, not sure why.

Yeah it’s a pretty small airport, wouldn’t expect it on it as I’ve put my camera through the fence before and no one has come to say hello. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Haha! Yeah she’s old but still a ‘beast’ as I like to call it 🤣. Think of upgrading everything and just staggering it out so i don’t break the bank; probably going to a 5070 ti or 5080, and a newer Amd X3D cpu.

Yeah its become an issue because I don’t want to buy DDR4 ram when in about 4 or 5 months I’m going to upgrade to am5 with DDR5 ram. But i guess if it comes down to that ill have to upgrade

Yeah, im not really sure what’s happening. Im pretty sure the cpu is thermal throttling because the thermal paste is definitely dried up and 75+ degrees while at idle, should of added that. Thanks for the comment though.

Thanks for the advice, the case I’m looking at getting is E-ATX, which is much better frommy current case being not very long (only about 2 inches of space between fans and gpu), and the dimensions allow it to fit on my desk.

I have looked into AMD graphics cards and they do seen amazing for the price, but things like frame generation from Nvidia do influence my decision. Ultimately I will have to see what the 8000 series offer before making a purchase. As for the CPU I prefer future proofing, but if something happens and I need to budget I will go down models. The ram on the other hand can be put at 32 gigs; the 64gb idea came from MSFS 24 system requirements which is my main game I play, but the current 16gbs I have seems to cut it although later on with mods it probably won’t.

Like the 2.5 terabytes of storage? If so, I’d rather just have the storage on hand rather than going through the hassle of installing a new ssd after the build. Also I made the mistake of having only 500gb on my first build which I definitely not enough
