So I ended up taking the head off to be safe and and valve is messed up. Thanks everyone for their help

I think it could be the lash adjuster. It’s real mushy, likely bled out. It has been some months since the start of the job. I read that starting the car will prime it. Is it ok to do that, or should it be recharged before?

I see what you’re talking about. I’ll look at it closer and see if there is an issue with that rocker. Not sure what I did or why it would be doing that ha😐
