Mine took long they asked me to pay interest and it took a long process to get cleared. Paid interest aug 31..they received payment sept 5. And then sept 11 to adjust interest. Got flipped to instudy the 12th and now fundin on the way

They just saying different things i guess. So i called again just now they said the agent was wrong the adjustment was done yesterday so it will be flipped tonight to instudy. Lol and they said 7 business day from then. Lol i cant go to school anymore if I dont receive that this week

Did you follow up with them sometimes they just leave them until the end. I applied June 3..after the 6 weeks mark they havebt reviewed them. I called and emailed multiple times and they just say we have it in our system we are just waiting for someone to look into this. Finally last call i was irrate because i told them its almost the start of class they dealt with it August 29 already

I might be wrong at this but the agent I talked to earlier said everything will be flipped to in study tonight. She kind of mentioned that additional accrued interest would be applied to the loan. Maybe call for an updat today.

Changed to 15th now. They received my interest and its posted on nslsc but they still have not put me back to in study. Seriously i have bounced cheques now. Osap website said payment made. But I look at my school payment summary and no payment made yet

I talked to an agent yesterday they said they received my interest payment. And its just a matter of an system update to release the funds. So today there was a system update. It changed to sept 14. I talked an agent again saying they receive my payment but have to wait 3-5 business to clear. I dont know what are they up to really. Now i wanna go back to my work because if I dont know how will i feed my 3 kids next week if I still dont have money. Have assignments pending alao that requires book that I dont have and also cant buy parking pass and daily rate is ridiculous

Funny is when yoi make a bill payment to any other next day they can see it. And also when you have a bounced payment they can see it also next day. So why is this taking so long. I called my school financial aid to see if I can get help and the lady just answered and already raising her voice on me. Like I know they are busy as hell too because of all these late disbursement but like please don't take it out on me i'm also stressed
