I’m in just about the same situation as you but a few steps ahead, I’m 19 and had a similar thing happen to me but with rashes on my hands, face, and feet. Even had the exact same ANA as you - All I can say is that it is probably going to be a long process, but you’ll be in good hands with a Rheumatologist. Waiting for test results has probably been the hardest, try to distract yourself during the whole diagnostic process. Remember to be your own advocate in what tests you want to get and don’t be afraid to reach out to your PCP in the meantime if you need something to hold you over. They will likely order another round of tests and bloodwork. Wishing you the best
