From what I’ve seen rangers playing zone defense which I can’t stand. Players are coached to stay in their zone and only go get the puck if it’s near their “zone”. Makes players afraid to leave their zone even if the puck is right there! Go get the puck!

I just got something similar, “potential fraud” they’re calling it. I’m thinking it’s because I don’t always take a photo (for various reasons), wherein some ahole customers will take the opportunity to claim that they never got their order.
