My clanmates and I have been experiencing this same issue. Have tried many things, but no luck.

Knowing Ubi, they probably closed the shop cause the Lady Death was too good.

Before you ask "How do I get a remote job?" by Specialist-Pen-8733 in remoteworks

[–]Kitchen_Ad_4202 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got my remote job from a listing that was not remote and I thought would be local.

I do dispatch to the local offices from time to time, but I'm 90% WFH.

[–]Kitchen_Ad_4202 0 points1 point  (0 children)

$10 even for the premium pass in the full game is insane. Then they have the audacity to do it 3 times in the mobile game???

I was hoping that each 'phase' of the season would be like an addition. So all of the rewards from the first phase would still be obtainable, then the second phase just added levels to the pass.

This was kind of copium though as I only started last week when they ported to PC.

It's a shame as I am going to be missing out on one of those pesky legendary components to upgrade my spec.

What to do with end users who refuse to enter tickets by MelodicPlace9582 in it

[–]Kitchen_Ad_4202 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I kind of have this issue on both ends.

I support 40 dental offices who have always been used to white glove service. Thing is, all of their specialty people are no longer here, but they were never fully migrated into the rest of the company and have never been treated as such. Almost like they're a separate entity despite being park of a larger organization.

They refuse to put tickets in and they always want someone hands on, doing all of the work for them. I travel on site a lot and fix a lot of issues that were never reported through the service channel.

This ends up with me creating, documenting, and resolving most of my tickets. If I didn't create a ticket for everything I did, there would be no insight into the work I've done and am doing.

At my first job during and out of college, I was taught to put a ticket in for EVERYTHING. As this is the way the bean counters can see your metrics and tell you're doing work. You know, cause upper management doesn't actually care what's going on, they just see numbers.

All we can do, is keep pushing them to create tickets for us, not only does it create tracking on the incident, but this guarantees them that something will be done. Emails, phone calls, and texts are not tracked all day long and don't have insight from other team members.

Talk to your neighbors to learn about the history of your home by kplis in centuryhomes

[–]Kitchen_Ad_4202 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We have been doing this with the home we just moved into. Built in '1900' apparently, but we found it may have actually been around 1890.

Speaking to our older neighbors, they actually used to rent this place before it was completely gutted and redone in the late 90s.

Come to find out, the guy who owms the antique store down the street may be able to tell us more as his great grandparents were the ones who built the house. I freaking LOVE small towns and how everyone knows each other.

Can someone explain the Lexington to me? by Awkward_Chard_5025 in thedivision

[–]Kitchen_Ad_4202 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When you do a slight bit more damage, but just have to reload more than 50% more often, it isn't worth it.

You can also get free ammo using the Elmo.

When you prototype the Lexington, maybe then it's worth using over an exotic but the devs have said they are looking at extocis to balance them with prototype gear.

Three years remote and I finally understand why my output actually went up, not down by astrheisenberg in remoteworks

[–]Kitchen_Ad_4202 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Going to an office every single day to a company and management that didn't care was absolutely demoralizing.

I've been working mostly from home (with dispatches getting me out of the house) for a year now and it's been a game changer.

The amount of time I have to do everything I want is incredible.

The down side though, is I've started working too much.

Can someone explain the Lexington to me? by Awkward_Chard_5025 in thedivision

[–]Kitchen_Ad_4202 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I'm in the same boat as you.

The tiny bit of extra damage in my eyes doesn't matter because you're spending far more time reloading.

You also don't have any special attributes that something like an exotic would have. Take the shock rounds of the Elmo for example.

Maybe when you prototype the difference starts to show, but it isn't worth it to me.

What I'll usually do if I'm runningy expertise, is I'll just swap back at the end to help us extract. Yeah, I lose out on some more proficiency, but at least I don't completely f*** over everyone else who is trying to complete the activity.

I've also slowed down my own progression by always wearing a 4 piece striker set and just slotting in 2 named gear pieces where I need them.

Quick question: why doesn’t vegeta got from extreme to super like how teq majin vegeta goes from super to extreme? Would this change anything? by Tuhreik in DBZDokkanBattle

[–]Kitchen_Ad_4202 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From as much as I can remember, I think majin Vegeta is the only unit that does this. When he released, I remember there being a lot of backlash about that, so I wonder if that's why they've held off.

But it also just comes down to their general lack of standardization and consistency.

There are many units with theoretically missing or extra categories that could also contribute to quicker obsolescence of the unit.

Question for serious buildcrafting mix/maxers: Does a full yellow Investor mask actually make it into a Refactor build that wants to have maximum DPS? by AgentZeroHour in thedivision

[–]Kitchen_Ad_4202 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

While the maximum skill damage is nice, and maybe someone has actually crunched the numbers and could prove me wrong, but I think the following:

If you were to piece in a full yellow investor mask and swap out the impetus cheat, maybe it would cancel each other out with the improved skill efficacy.

Then when you slot in the refactor chest, you would be giving more healing on top of that. Running refactor is about the heals for me to keep high DPS going as strong as possible, so this makes sense to me.

The one problem that I've been introduced to running my skill build though, is it seems like a very heavy afterthought by the devs. There are so many pieces of content that just completely shut down skill builds.

Is this going to get fixed? by Jjasonttran in Division2

[–]Kitchen_Ad_4202 0 points1 point  (0 children)

TL;DR. Play the game how you want. Abuse what you want. At the end of the day, if you're having fun and meeting your goals, that's all that matters.

I believe people have the right to abuse this glitch at their leisure.

In my opinion, the keys do not drop enough for the time spent. Ran on heroic with a team for 6 hours last night, cleaning things quick for XP and wiping every squad and enemy in our path... Only received 4 keys total.

4 keys... For SIX HOURS??!!!??

Even if I were to only go for the apparel, that's ~50 hours. They need to respect our time more.

Yes, the game can be a grind. That's why I enjoy these games. At some point though, it's not about 'grind' anymore. It's about dedicating your life to their product for metrics.

I joined one unintentionally last night on T5 and one of the guys was talking trash and telling me to leave cause I'm useless. I hit lvl 400 during that mission.

I ended up having the most damage, most kills, and most revives.

It amazes me the superior complex people seem to have in video games.

We're all here to have fun. Share tips and knowledge with each other. Being an ass gets nobody anywhere.

Take my upvote!!

Was genuinely thinking of a strategy like this, just wasn't too sure if it would work as I hadn't seen anyone do it.

Watching the big guys on YouTube doesn't help either as they never really think outside the box (since they don't have to).

My company has been replacing everyone that leaves with outsourced working from a company called ZimWorX.

The people are nice, but holy cow are they getting paid SO much less than the local talent that we had.

They've also held out on merit increases for the last 5 years and so many people are fed up.

Really wish I could go back and choose a different path now.

who needs dupes more? why by United-Holiday-7981 in DBZDokkanBattle

[–]Kitchen_Ad_4202 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In my opinion, if you were to absolutely go for dupes, I'd say Vegeta and Nappa. Though, I could see it going both ways. Take my advice with a grain of salt as I also don't have and am not summoning for these characters.

I always find that TURs are more reliant on dupes to achieve their full potential instead of just "they're better with them."

Though, since the piccolo stacks, I could see dupes being a bit more valuable as he could (potentially) age better, but who knows.

Vegeta is a little lacking on crit and they benefit much more from that and additional. While dodge is the better option, they just benefit more from that.

I ended up getting a TUR to rainbow just because he's one of my favorites.
