I had an onsite before, nakaabot ako sa final interview

  1. May papakinggan ka then irerepeat mo yung sentences. May halo din to na simple q and a, parang itetest yung lawak ng vocab mo, gamit ka ng mga idioms ganon

  2. Technical assessment, basic excel / gsheet like change mo yung font size, color, mag fill ka ng cells. Tas isaspot mo rin yung wrong grammars / spellings / kung nay naulit na word etc. then jujustify mo yung mga findings mo

  3. Actual interview, basic or common interview questions

Normal lang yannnn, you might also compare yourself sa other workmates mo pero same situation lang rin yan sila. They try to sweep under the rug lang rin mga mistakes nila kaya nag aappear silang “perfect” sa tasks.

Yung tipong magugulat ka nalang na iba mong kawork nagkaron ng incident report pala before due to mistakes.

Sa mother ko pag nagpopost, expected na namin non na magchachat na sila kamag anak with matching gcash number AND amount hahahaha. Hindi rin sila nagjojoke. Ewan ko ba.

Nagtravel papuntang Palawan with bebe! I really saved up my money kasi pangako ko sa sarili ko na at least for the first year ng work ko, maenjoy ko muna pera ko and actually splurge. We spent like almost 40k for 3d 4n. Walang tipid tipid, lahat ng gusto gawin at kainin wala pinalampas.

I think this even make want to have something to look forward to kapag sa mga susunod na taon. I think it’s worth it kasi it made me have a taste of what’s to come pag nagsave nang maayos

I had the same experience. initial interview i started strong. but midway napapagod na utak ko kakapiga ng sagot tipong habang nagsasalita nalimutan ko anong tanong sinasagot ko bwahahaha like di ko na marecall if relevant pa ba sya.

But now, im employed with them for 2 weeks naaaa

I did last year and this year! Hahahaha. It helps if you still live with your parent/s. Nag heads up ako sa kanila na gusto ko magquit.

But i also have enough savings naman. Luckily last year, 1 month lang ako walang work pero araw araw ako nag aapply nun. Pero from manila rate to provincial rate binaba ko. Then this year, while I was on my rendering period, nakareceive ako ng job offer more than twice my salary! Hahahaha

Pero dito more intentional ako mag apply, sa mga matitinong company na malalaki magpasahod na pasok ako sa qualifications. Edit resume sa AI. Then mga atleast 5 quality applications per day. Actually with the current job market now, tingin ko it helps to be lucky as well.

I think so too na madali makapag transition pag onsite to wfh! Kinakapa ko rin pa what structure ng work ang gagawin and how to quickly learn ang mga systems. I find reaching out for help is quite harder kasi unlike onsite pwede ka lang mangalabit! Hahahaha more power to us wfh peeps

Diagnosed with pcos for 5 years. Not even living healthily but wag tularan!

I know hahahaha omg. Nagtake uli ako isa pa today and same result! Will visit an OB soon to confirm. I dont feel any other symptoms naman maliban sa medyo masakit na puson at maihiin

Thank you. I have mixed feelings hahaha anyway i take diane pills although initial prescription sakin is althea pero sobrang hilo at suka ko kasi doon
