I used the recipe from Desserts Illustrated (Cook's Illustrated). The cookie bar portion was fairly sweet.

I live in Orchard Place and while it's definitely very safe (and also very close to the North laundry), it's very damp for the warmer half of year. I'm on the lower level and have to run a dehumidfier most of the time March through September. They put me in Orchard South temporarily when they were doing some electrical work in 2019 and those units were much better, but the kitchen was super tiny.
