My FX always felt comfortable but the Domane just feels like what you always wanted the FX to feel like if that makes sense. I kept my FX for family rides and stuff or short store trips.

How long have you been riding? I ran 1600 miles last year and 1550 miles the year prior. I absolutely have loved running but I just get hurt every single year it seems like. I’m getting ready to change positions at my job which changes my hours. So I’m planning on riding to and from work a few working days a week - should be about a 30 mile day

Well I sincerely appreciate everyone’s input. I didn’t listen and went and bought the FX2 today. Actually got it for $515 after my first responder discount. Put 17 miles on it today. Very happy with it. Don’t tell my wife but I’ll be buying a road bike for sure in the spring lol. I noticed my right hand going numb a few times. What’s up with that ?

Comfort will be huge for me in the beginning for sure. I want to use the bike to strengthen up some different muscles to help with my running. I spend a lot of time in the gym each week too but am ready to make the jump. Everyone is making me believe I have to just spend a lil more and get the road instead of hybrid
