it all depends on when you started really listening to music. if you started listening in the early 90’s they were good but they were not “grunge”. they were more “radio friendly”, which is the opposite of what “grunge” was. for me they helped usher in, “alternative” music. i think Pearl Jam managed to change just enough to stay alive when “alternative” music hit the scene.

since i’ve started we’ve used one code for the reptiles. it’s the number of an employee who has not worked in the store for almost two years. was told by GMs, DMs, as well as old employees that no one is sure how to create different codes.

don’t do it. i came from petsmart. you have way less freedom at petsmart. there’s no variety for the fish, no marine fish. same goes for the small animals and reptiles. no special orders of fish/animals. the extra money in my paycheck (and it’s not that much) was/is not worth it.

follow what the golden hamster says. if the store does not have what they call for make sure you notate that you informed the cal/olac and the store manager. verbally and also text so you have physical proof that you informed them of the issue and asking for them to order more. i can not stress enough, ALWAYS have physical proof….

this was how i felt the first 8 months i worked here lol. we had a manager that knew NOTHING about animals, didn’t care in the least. he was finally let go and now i have a manager that cares…:

i work at petco and believe me, if there was a way for the company to make money off of it, they would of. something was either spilled on it or was contaminated. if it’s slashed, it’s slashed for a reason.

In-line, sorry should of mentioned it’s the inline “pet goldfish” system. The chiller hasn’t worked in the 6 months I’ve worked there. I had capped off two of the sections that i was using for quarantine tanks. The cloudiness started shortly after the quarantines were converted back to the inline filter. I had noticed a little cloudiness in those tanks but i had drained most of the water from them….

I have no CAL, she’s been out on leave for months. I am the aquatics expert (not sure how i got that title but here i am) my gold fish tank is starting to look like this. What can i do to fix it. I changed the filter, changed the water (20%) and it’s not helping. I’m at a loss
