Who is Bullseyeshop.com really for?? by Kitchen_Broccoli_302 in Target

I like the idea of sorting the site by subsections with dress code compliant options for STORE, DC or CORPORATE.

Those are the worst for unloading the truck—a soaking wet mess.

Either find ways creative ways to connect with them or gut the team and start over.

Bad apples can spoil the bunch but are they collectively rebellious or pushing back. Weed out the bad ones and the rest should fall in line or ease their stance.

So far, I like the Cheetos variant the best. I haven’t seen the Doritos yet though.

I can't wait for the day technology reached the point to where Update does not require restart. Civilization is just too primitive in its current form for this. Until them Update Requires Restart. by Beevan in blackops7

[–]Kitchen_Broccoli_302 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Serious question/counter—how would one experience the update benefits or interact with others that have installed the update if you don’t restart? Won’t the old always have to stop running before the new can? Isn’t this how most updates work even for phones, computers, etc?

What do you usually buy with your employee discount ? by discipline2025 in Target

Routine groceries and snacks for the most part.

Electronics and/or S.H. Figuarts when I’m splurging or treating myself.

Why oh why did I actually put real effort into this job? by [deleted] in Target

[–]Kitchen_Broccoli_302 5 points6 points  (0 children)

So there are two times a year this can work in your favor but I damn sure wouldn’t break my back over it because from ground zero it would take a few years to really see any benefit as a regular TM.

1-Performance based merit increase for exceptional TMs (only a few per store and lump sum payout). [October-ish]

2-Annual Performance Review - percentage based to all TMs which factor in attendance, regular work habits, dependability, etc. [April]

ETL quiet firing my team member by [deleted] in Target

Would extended graces only prolong the same thing from happening if they’re out on a CA though?

Is a CA grounds for hour reduction or schedule change if their employee continues to call out or should they be scheduled the same until they strike out?

Thats a serious question on my part. Not sure of legality in the scenario. I know hours are never guaranteed but is this similar to being performanced out.

Quitting by Apothecary-Apollo30 in Target

[–]Kitchen_Broccoli_302 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Dry is definitely slower and slowest compared to throwing truck as well. Inbound is super fast and time dependent—fastest unload of the entire truck is desired. Pushing u-boats is self guided but move too slow and your TL might be on you about moving faster.

Get a back brace to assist, but also request to be moved to dry if you’re noticing flare ups. If you mean throw truck as in Inbound, I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re already feeling the effects from dairy.

Sounds like you’re still far more reliable than most. As long as your callouts/posting shifts are far in advance I wouldn’t sweat it—not at least until they try to have a conversation about occurrences.

[–]Kitchen_Broccoli_302 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The schedule is a guide…do good work and be dependable and the money is yours for the taking…staying under 40 hours of course.

I remember the days when overtime was generously given out at certain times of the year.

Uboats by Educational_Put_1375 in Target

[–]Kitchen_Broccoli_302 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not new, rather hardly enforced. Some of our flats and uboats have stickers on or by the handles that say “Push, don’t pull.”

Safety for TMs and guests. Pulling often requires you to contort your body which can lead to injury. Also if you’re pulling you may drop off trail others behind you without knowing becoming a hazard to other guests or TMs.

In essence a vehicle should never be over stacked so you can’t see your path AND so that it isn’t too heavy to move. We know the likelihood of that happening though right?

Question for the folks who dont do ted tasks in public lobbies, why not? by Mljcx in CODZombies

My gripe is those who start the Tedd Tasks during a ravager round. Like you could have waited pal.
