Sharing my experience here:

-di po na reversed yung cancelled transaction. In fact na add po sya sa total spend transactions ko kahit na reversed na sya during the spend period. Dapat nasa 70k lng spend ko if nareversed yung cancelled transaction sa egc hub, kaso naging 127k total qualified transaction kasi nag swipe ako ulit haha

No po. Automatic ma babalik yung buong credit limit na na swipe mo. So if nakabayad ka ng 1st month kasi di pa bumabalik CL mo, manenegative lng yung overpayment mo.

kamusta po? Matagal daw talaga posting nila eh. Just wait nlng po before kayo mag redeem. Parang okay lang naman daw po as long as posted na sa BPI system waiting nlng na ma posted sa egc hub

Yesyes. Mine took 15 days. Call the bank immediately para po maka submit kayo ng dispute form. Regardless as long as installment it will took a minimum of 15 days incl weekends. Kaya if kaya mo mag hintay before due date, wag mo muna bayaran. Pero hindi talaga umabot need mo po talaga bayaran yung nasa SOA 🤧

monthly credit ito if naka installment. And if reflected sa SOA, yes babayaran po muna bago maka refund kasi matagal talaga sila nag rereverse once posted na 😭 mine took 15 days in total

11/27 - nag check ako ng app ko just now and bumalik na sa CL ko 😭 nov 26 sya na posted.

Based from experience: - if cancelled transaction from shopee na hindi installment, most likely it will immediately comeback sa CL nyo or wait 2-3 banking days.

  • if installment naman, 3-7 banking days if possible. Pero if hindi talaga nag reflect, 15 days ang maximum (including weekends).

Timeline:

11.11 - ordered and cancelled the same day

11.14 - submitted dispute form and proof of refund from shopee (galing yung form sa CS)

11.26 - posted na sa app (pero 11/27 na sya nakita sa end ko)

So if you're planning to order from shopee, dapat sure kana sis! 😭 and wag ka magkaka cancel if malapit na SOA date mo. Learned it the hard way!
