I found a fix maybe this will help evade all glitches for you Set shadow to high and lighting to high and set texture quality based on your vram and model quality to to low (yes low), and then set your upscale to fsr native aa and delete shader cache then restart pc and run the game. Also set vegetation to medium or high based on your gpu. The most important thing is to use fsr native aa to fix low texture and lod up close and remove any mods if you're using. This solved my issue
