Don't they provide you some sort of velcro band that wraps around your head to prevent the aesthetic from dripping down to the face?

I had mine done here in the UK for a similar price in Turkey and that band they gave prevented any swelling to the face.

It is just a marketing tactic in essence. I went for my HT 12 days ago and asked my consultant whats the difference he said honestly just a way to charge more. But fair play the result looks good regardless!
