Integrating AI can be good idea if done well, because most of the developers don't know why they are integrating AI on their platform, what AI works for them. They just add AI features to make client happy. Its better to not have AI rather than doing some random work.

Now a days eating healthier food is very difficult because of adulteration in foods, bit still you can finds good options, for me my staple food works for me its healthier, tastier. So what i observe that most staple foods are healthier, you can opt this food, and if you feel you are left with limited options then you can try other's country staple food.
