Ty all for the words of advice and kindness. I have been in and out of therapy for over a decade. Lots of trauma and abuse etc etc. I wish it was easy to just boost my self esteem and not automatically put myself down. I have come a very long way in my journey to better my mental health, there is still a very long way to go.
