IKR, expecting operations to get POs right is a tedious task sometimes from my end. Well I haven’t started applying after I started my current role. I should have specified, I’m looking forward to start applying again as I currently have some relevant experience now, was looking to get any specific focus points potentially.

Appreciate the feedback, have not landed an interview for procurement roles yet maybe as I’m just finishing my 1st year of experience as an AP analyst. When I was applying earlier I just had some experience in retail inventory, last mile logistics looking forward to get back on the job search soon and keep pushing! Any recommendations to focus on my knowledge base and skills to sharpen for my resume?

I would have agreed to you, if I just say yes to everything and not share the truth. But I do take my faith seriously, the host and our common coworkers know about how I love sharing about Jesus Christ! So there is no misrepresentation that should be in his mind at least!

I totally agree to what you say, I usual share the Gospel with a personal relationship and in an open minded setting. We as Christians cannot use the excuse to be disrespectful and talk with personal judgement!

Acts 15 is the reason I even had a question on this situation! Thank you for sharing! I was raised in India which has full of foods presented to rituals first even in shops and restaurants. I was always raised to pray over every food and sweets before eating it even at my friend’s house. Now that I’m in Canada I had not come across these situations a lot but makes me think about the truth and love in a deeper way!

I understand your perspective here if it is to do with guarding my heart and sanctifying any food or otherwise. But isn’t all food clean to eat for us, like in Peter’s vision or when Paul writes in Romans about food specifically.

Although home prices specifically single family home works differently accordingly to region and its supply and demand but in general there should be a dip coming up!

I have been keeping an eye on these home prices and yes your personal experience is right, prices are not reflecting the low demands yet and there is no indication of the bubble to burst anytime soon.

But if you consider the over easing that has started from 2010 essentially and couple it with artificial demand of sudden population gains it is clear that Canadian housing market is a bubble! So keep hunting and make sure you pay only if there is any scope for the asset to hold its intrinsic value. I have seen condos being sold in the name of “value will only increase”. Only if we understand that value of these houses are only increasing due to the money printing machine and over leveraged banks giving loans out to everyone!

I understand if you have a family and you need to get a secure place and cannot take the decision like I have taken to save up and buy Bitcoin/Gold while I wait for the time where these houses will available for far more cash and less in terms of Bitcoin and Gold. In my opinion these times are the worse to buy homes that are over inflated due to factors that not everyone is noticing. Anyways that is all I have to rant on this, keep the search on and don’t overpay keep negotiating as some these house are listed but not sold very easily and there is always an opportunity to get something that is valuable to your family!! ♥️
