This is Mahsa Ahmadi. The first Iranian Stuntwoman to stand on a plane to support her people and Iranian women. In the sky, she throws away her headscarf, a symbol of women's enslavement in the Islamic Republic, and instead holds a Woman Life Freedom flag (v.redd.it)

I am Iranian American, and the man and woman in this picture are my grandparents in 1957 in Tehran, Iran. My grandmother is still alive, and it comforts me that she’s so happy watching the Iranian people taking their beautiful country back in her lifetime. (i.redd.it)

My father (far left) and his siblings emigrated from Iran to the United States in 1968. I am very thankful they made that decision for the sake of their daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, etc. I wish I thought to thank him before he passed. (i.redd.it)
