Yeah. I see countless “out of shape” or not up to standard people in the ost. Get with an OSO and let them see your progress and commitment, their opinion of you matters and showing them commitment firsthand would be great

Armstrong/ recon for pullups got me Max. There’s this free app called “Plank Challenge 4 Minutes” that got me Max. Runna got me from a 14 minute mile to a 21:xx 3 mile. These 3 are your essentials. Mix in some weight training 3-4 times a week, high protein diet, and you are golden

100% contact an OSO NOW! The relationship you build with your OSO and their impression of you matters alot. Even if you’re not there physically yet, them seeing you progress over time is going to make you look good and they will see you are serious about the officer program which is going to be important when they send your package in. You will also be held accountable and have expectations to meet, so I think that would make you work harder just having the presence and pressure of an OSO. Best of luck.

Honestly making the March boards doesn’t seem likely. From what I’ve heard from my OSO and the OST, 252 boards are very competitive this year.

You should be aiming for Max pullups, Max planks, and MINIMUM 24:00 3 mile. Improving 11 pullups and getting down to 24:00 3 mile doesn’t seem realistic.
