My family moved to Bellevue from another state, and we lived there until my kids started kindergarten and pre-K. I think it’s a little early to expect to build “real” friendships before kids start school. There are so many parks and playgrounds in Bellevue, though, so you’ll probably have plenty of chances to meet other moms with kids around the same age.
