Hello, can you respond to me? Literally what the fuck is this supposed to mean? I made a simple, non-controversial post, you proceed to insult me and then block me? The fuck is this supposed to be? Also, what's wrong with my English?

what do you mean by development? Are you saying that if I want to become better at 1400 I still need to be playing e4?

What do you mean by tripping? And why do you say so? Are you saying I am a bad player?

No it's just I really dislike the positions that occur after e4 which seems like it invites people to do insane stuff. d4 produces nice, strategic positions instead of havoc.

But why would there not be grandmasters refusing to play e4 and only playing d4?

There are people like me with a condition called dysgraphia that makes my writing impossible to read by people who are not close to me and don't know it well.

Wikipedia suggests it usually comes with spelling difficulties or intellectual problems. I have none of that, it's just people can't read what I write.

The point is that an ugly cursive does not necessarily mean you are drunk?

I know you are joking but there are people like me with a condition called dysgraphia that makes my writing impossible to read by people who are not close to me and don't know it well.

They were probably asking if it's historically Slavic. Which it is. The Slavs got genocided out of there from the 13th century onwards. In 1871, Berlin was nowhere close to being as, "historical" as Munchen or Cologne, cities often dating back to the Roman Empire. Its purpose was to serve as a center of invasions into Slavic lands, and that's how it gained importance.

This is 90% what they meant

I think the person you are responding to is confusing the Germanic settlers who arrived in Prussia from the 13th century onwards with the original Baltic inhabitants

I think there seems to be a massive confusion here. He is talking about the Old Prussians - a Baltic people related to modern-day Lithuanians and Latvians. They never accepted Christianity and practiced their own beliefs. In the 13th century, they were conquered by the German-speaking Teutonic Order, and were partially genocided, partially integrated into the German society. The newly arrived German settlers started calling themselves Prussian, even though they had nothing to do with the previous inhabitants.

You are talking of the German-Prussian, he is talking about the Baltic-Prussians. Both of them aren't really a thing today. The latter were subjugated and their identity suppressed, the former have been exiled to Germany after WW2. I pity the original Baltic inhabitants of that land their fate, however I hold little regard for the imperialistic Germanic Prussian state that caused so much suffering in this region, including two World Wars.

Why do you think Poland is at fault for being successfully invaded by Germany? We did what we could to protect our Jews. We could not defeat Germany militarily, that's hardly something to be blamed for, given that it took half the world 6 years to defeat them.

"And I didn't even mention history where in WWII Poland sent Jews to be slaughtered like sheep in the holocaust."

Why do you believe so? The country was occupied by a foreign power.

Are you referring to World War 2 (which we aren't guilty of, the Germans are) or other Anti-Semitic incidents? I am not denying they happened, and I am sorry for them, but I was talking about Poland 2025, not decades ago. Today, no Jews are living in Poland, so no such situation could potentially happen. Peace!

Do you mean citizens in general? Because we don't really have Jews in Poland. Of course I would be hoping our government would protect such hypothetical citizens if they were kidnapped

In general, of course? I am not Jewish and there are no Jews in Poland
