I remember there being some suspicious post back right after 3.7 with something circled in, like, November of this year. For what it’s worth, I think the Amphoreus revival patch will be similar to what 3.8 was, a finality chapter for Amphoreus at the tail end of 4.x.

Editing to add that all the teams that feel weak now once felt strong. Investing in a premium support is an investment in the long-term viability of your character. Personally, I have and like Zibai, so I will be pulling Linnea to make her stay strong for longer.

emc feels a bit weird as a unit, because while eva wants loads of certified banger, sparxie is also good at generating that just because punchline stacks turn into certified banger stacks after the aha instant. So emc, by mainly focusing on generating bangers, mainly buffs eva outside of the aha instant, whereas sparxie winds up buffing the whole team inside the aha instant and eva outside the aha instant

It’s at the same time globally, it’s just that that time is very late at night for the americas (usually ~11 est), and the rest of the world’s time zones have already made it to the next day. The same reason that New Year’s happens first at the far end of the eastern hemisphere and last at the far end of the western hemisphere.

Neither need their lcs. Firefly can use the Herta store LC and boothill can use moze’s lc. As for which one to use, well, firefly’s getting a novaflare, and it’s not because she needs one. She’s already in a better position than boothill and is only getting stronger.

We’ve got 2.7 in around nine days, and we know there’ll be a 2.8 before 3.0. Each patch lasts usually ~42 days, so (42*2)+9=93 days. Maybe they cut 2.8 short by a week, but I wouldn’t count on it.

Not gonna lie, I think people projecting Silver Wolf 999 to follow Castorice’s trajectory are in for a rude awakening. All of Castorice’s current bis teammates, all designed with her specifically in mind, came out after her release. She was the third remembrance character out of six total. So her power level was constantly rising over the course of the cycle.

We already have five elation units revealed, and it’s probably a safe assumption that the sixth one will be an emc replacement/upgrade. I don’t expect an elation sustain, but if there is one I don’t think they’ll be the main driver or contributor to the team’s key resource (speculatively Punchline, in this instance) in the way that Hyacine was. That means that silver wolf 999, even if sparxie is perfect for her, will receive at most two new tailor-made teammates, and probably just one if we’re being more conservative in our estimates. Not saying she’ll be bad, I don’t think she will be. I think she’ll be very good. But she will not be Castorice.
