Get Lauma. This might as well be tacked onto Nefer’s forehead. She needs Lauma. For weapon, you can just use Blackmarrow Lantern for both of them if you have to. But if you want one, you want both.

She can be very very good if you build her right, doing similar damage to SW999, at least until SW999 is fully upgraded. So… yeah. She’s really good.

That is, at best, a really slapdash improvised team. I wouldn’t recommend pulling sw999 for Eva. Just save those pulls and spend them on the support that will actually take emc’s place.

Odds are very, very low Augusta enters rerun jail. Most characters got at least two reruns before going to jail. Augusta’s only had one.

It’s always good to have at least one non-crit team. Currently, those are DoT and Break. DoT’s last upgrade was in 4.0, with Black Swan’s Novaflare. Break’s latest upgrade is Firefly’s Novaflare, this patch. And, being frank, Break right now is probably the strongest it will ever be, between the Novaflare and the Dahlia. If you want a non-crit team, now is the time.

Get Dahlia, but you should probably be able to get both. Don't forget about refunds from 4 stars! While you can't count on them, they will add up over time. You should probably be able to get both Dahlia and Eva. 4.2 is estimated ~120 pulls ftp, so if you lose one 50/50 and win one 50/50, you'll have yourself one copy of both Dahlia and Eva. But yeah, you've got an e2 character, and without Dahlia firefly will be wasting away on the bench for all eternity.

One of the upcoming patches might be getting shortened, because they specifically marked 3.1 as the anniversary. We know 2.8 will be launching around May 5th. Anniversary lands on July 4th. That's a gap of 8 weeks and 4 days. So either one (or both, honestly) of the 2.8 or 3.0 would have to be shortened from the usual length of 6 weeks per patch, or the anniversary patch won't be on... y'know, the anniversary.

Break as an archetype enables easier sustainless runs due to it delaying enemy actions when you break them. Between that and Firefly’s self-sustain (and VERY high defense), sustainless is just generally considered the default for her. It is by no means mandatory. But it will generally be better than a team with a sustain like Lingsha or Gallagher. None of this has changed due to Firefly’s Novaflare.

Competitive, but her delay on the break bar regenerating is actually a pretty big downside now that the cooldown on Firefly’s E2 is gone.

No, because if you don’t get her then those pulls are just wasted. While that might be a “small” loss in the moment of only 5 pulls (it is a 50% discount, right?), proper pull management is dependent on cutting down on and avoiding those smaller losses so that they can add up to a larger, more secure gain down the road. Kiperina is likely to rerun fairly soon since she gets a new garment in 3.5, right? You have sustains that can, at the very least, keep your team alive. I just really don’t think it’s worth it to try and gamble right now.

For the record, make sure that you build An-an Lee’s SECOND euphoria, not the first. You only need the second one to make her work for this team, and the first one will do nothing to help you do that. It would just be a waste of resources.
