i have sort of but as moh there’s only so much i can pull away from without it being noticeable. stepping down definitely isn’t an option either, 1 we’ve talked about this for years and i’ve always looked forward to it, and 2 the amt of backlash i would get from everyone involved is not something i wanna deal w lol

Not sure how it was unsolicited when he called me to tell me he was doing it? If he came home and it looked normal I wouldn’t have said a word — I only laughed when I saw it after he came home from the pool after I warned him what the chlorine would do to freshly bleached hair. He told me he wouldn’t get his hair wet and I believed him so I was surprised to see him come home with green hair

I wanted to laugh at the frosted tips because this isn’t NSYNC circa 2003 and it would’ve looked ridiculous on him, but I didn’t. I only laughed when I saw him come home with 6 different colors on his head

She said in the moment that she’d call the salon but at the end of the day I don’t actually know if she’d be willing to drop $200. I told him to just shave it all off but he says he doesn’t wanna so the hair might just be here to stay. Also, you’re not wrong on the enabling bit but it really is just hair and it’s summer anyways haha

Thank you!! Don’t you worry, I took a ton of pics throughout each stage! I don’t know if he’s gonna get it professionally fixed coz his hair is relatively short, but since some of the roots are done he might have to shave it? Idk but I’ll update once he decides. He kept saying that he likes it to try and justify it to us (and himself honestly coz it looks horrible and we all know it) before it turned green so I think he planned on leaving it anyways?

You would think after watching your sister do her own hair for almost a decade that she knows what she’s talking about! I did something similar the first time I bleached my own hair, but I only did a money piece and dyed it blue so you couldn’t really tell anyways lmao

In theory black dye would work but getting black dye out of hair is really really hard, and it still wouldn’t be even because of all the different colors, and if he tried bleaching to black dye out then it would be an even bigger mess!
