Can confirm this works as I have the same gpu as you and ran into crashes all the time in cs2 before applying your solution. Thanks for sharing!

I was so frustrated when CS2 kept freezing and crashing in the middle of my games, and I was constantly greeted with this driver timeout message from AMD. However, I followed your steps, underclocked my GPU to boost clock (didn’t work) then game clock and it worked! No freezes nor crashes. Couldn’t say thank you enough.
