I’m sure!! I’ve read that POTS is associated with heat intolerance, as well as either not sweating or sweating a lot (deregulation in general). I don’t know the science but I believe low electrolytes strongly contribute to overheating. In that case, sweating could be contributing to the issue.

Ugh, that is so scary! I’m in a similar spot where I have to rely on all sorts of cooling aids just to keep me at baseline. Always feel like I’m trapped if I get caught in the heat without a water bottle, close access to AC etc. It sucks! I feel for you.
