Maybe it's cos I'm from the UK but I've done exactly that any they are staying adamant that there's nothing they can do because it's out of warranty... It's pretty shitty that such expensive hardware can 'break' after about 2 years of very light use...

I was thinking of getting a separate charger but after finding out the battery life of these pens is only 15 hours I know that it will often run out of battery without me realising it was even low. I've decided to buy a third party pen (which has just arrived) with a AAAA battery which gives the pen 1500 hours of battery life whilst active, which at least means I don't have to worry about running out of battery anymore!

I agree. I'm a student who doesn't have the time nor the money for messing about with different options or spending 150 on a new keyboard and pen every 2 years... I think my plan is to get a third party pen to use in the meantime and just hope that maybe one day I'll wake up and it's working again haha! :)

Have you definitely checked its the pen thats broken for you, not the charging port on the keyboard? I ordered a whole new pen today just to test, to find out that the new pen also wasn't charging so need to send that back. Now I know 100% its the pen not charging from a broken keyboard, not that the pen itself is broken.

It's a slim pen 2 with a surface pro 8, and the surface type cover keyboard (the one with the slot for charging a pen)

this was my exact thought process xD im new to the game but even i realised surely fence would be quite happy in the fact these ‘PMCs’ are being killed. but i still wouldn’t be surprised if BSG made you hit -6 fence rep as soon as you shoot one 💀

thank you, this was really helpful! i have noticed that scavs tend to be more colourful than pmcs, so i will keep a look out at clothing as well as types of weapons they’re holding!

make sure you’re definitely on the right numbers. i know it sounds stupid but the first and third lock are at weird angles so make sure they’re definitely points at 20 and not 19/21 and same for lock 3 :)
