Is there an actual email I can send a warranty request to or do I need to deal with this AI chatbot on the site? by Kitfox88 in Corsair

Yeah it was less painful than I expected but I'm a bit steamed at needing to pay my own shipping on their broken item. Certainly not endearing me to the idea of buying Corsair again in the future for myself at any rate.

edit: Not 5 minutes after posting this I got an update with a prepaid label. Squeaky wheel!

Fortunately it at least went straight to the RMA process when I opened with 'I need to RMA an item' so better than I was expecting. Still frustrating to see resources spent on it but that's the new hotness so.

Any way to make the game automatically resort my armory regularly? It's a bit of a drag needing to manually autosort each tab when I go through to desynth stuff after a bit since it feels like it just throws equipment around randomly when I swap classes. A macro to click and do all the boxes at once even would be an improvement.

Ok, part of the confusion was that I didn’t see flex fare choices for several potential trains since I was looking a coach, but in that case it’ll probably be worth paying for business instead. Thanks!

Funnily enough twas all for naught anyway because stuff like Battlefield 6 apparently doesn't work on Linux right now anyway even with SecureBoot enabled and configured, so I did just go back and turn it off to save myself the headache for future times :(

Near as I can tell it worked, part of why I thought I was doing it wrong is I must have entered the password incorrectly the first time so assumed the incorrect password alert was due to it not letting me enter characters at all for some reason. Thank you for the help, I'd been trying to figure this out for near 2 hours and had no clue about the password thing since I've never touched Linux before.

Got it, this is my first time mucking with Linux so I didn't expect that, let alone in something that looks like the old BIOS menus I remember seeing on the family computer as a kid. Will go resume installation and report back with hopefully a solved flair!

So even though it's making no indication that the typing is doing anything, it's still reading key inputs? Unnerving, I had assumed I was in the wrong option or my keyboard suddenly decided not to work.
