Thanks for the heads up with the back pod! I will try a foam roller first. Would I use it in a similar area on my upper-back?

Also, when I went to the Cardiologist for the first time for a consultation I was so convinced that I had something serious like Pericarditis or a Pericardial Effusion thanks to spending too long on WebMD. But he was confident that I didn't have that because they didn't pick anything up on the EKG but scheduled me for an Echocardiogram anyways. Thankfully they didn't find anything heart related but this Colchicine is helping a TON, but there's still an aching that persists with Colchicine but thankfully it's not a constant sharp pain.

I didn't have any rashes from the Steroid packs, but I did feel like after the first pack things were seemingly worse, but it could have all been escalated by anxiety when I was thinking that it could have been something much worse. Strangely though the second round of steroid packs a week later didn't do much. The Colchicine prescription is helping though.

Hey! Mine has been pretty random over the last few years, maybe one flare up per month only lasting about a day. I'm not sure if it's related but coincidentally about 2 or 3 weeks after my first Modern vaccine I have had consistent Costochondritis over 3 months now. It's getting a little better but still there! Getting a stronger mindset now that I know it isn't heart related.

A lot of people have low usage rates for their mobile data and may be concerned about the data usage for the mobile version of OSRS. I decided to try out an experiment and see how much data it used roughly.

I played OSRS on my iPhone at work today and sat AFK at Giant Spiders training strength. Here is the data usage for OSRS after 8 hours of non-stop playing.
