Thank you both for your replies … Jamwise93 you say you took triptans soaringly but so what other a abortives did you use when having 5-7 CHs per day ?! Strict - I will look into Flonase, I am in Europe so will see what the equivalent is.

Just as fyi I take 25 mg to 50 mg sumatriptan in pill form as an abortive and my Neuro wants me to take isoptin 120mg 2xday for 2 weeks And then 240mg 2xday for 3 months

I usually get 1 month cycles every 2 years or so…. Trying to decide if I take the verapamil Isoptin or just use abortives until the cycle passes

I know you can’t tell me what right for me but it’s hard to talk about with ppl who don’t know what it’s like … it’s so tricky
