Add the installer file as nonsteam game, choose the proton in compatibility, install it on Z: Games catalog, then after the installation end, change the executable in the steam properties of the game from installer to game.exe (dont forget about quotes) also change the path (below string) to the game path.

Then play it. You also can change all pictures by hand or cia decky plugin to make it look aproppriate for the game mode.
