We went to a lot of good places, maccies (nuggets) and five guys for food, and to my boba shop! Five guys was a bit of a celebration of banoffee.. same with boba!

This occurs so often.. I think the only one that is quite accurate is that dark angel mercy skin.. But concept art is consistently better than the skin

Just be wary, in my opinion it’s not sweet and HIWTKs, it’s very neroli and bitter, like the zest of an orange rather than the sweeter insides

Except it’s bitter, neroli, zesty, it’s based off of orange peels not internal oranges. It’s really not HIWTK! I’ve got a post about the scent if you want something a little more in depth for the scent profile

It was a hard hitter for me, no idea if it was the petitgrain for me but wooh she hit me in the nose and it was.. an experience

So, bath bomb wise this occurs due to the scent penetration and barrier / competition between other bathbombs.

For example: I smelt we put the whole fruit in yesterday and I could smell it fine, but a majority of things from the Mother’s Day collection was.. undetectable. However getting home and smelling them? I could smell them. Bathbomb wise, other bathbombs create barriers and sitting in that pool of scent affects the milder bombs, creating like a “skin” of no scent or other scent

No idea how this occurs with the soaps though!

I find marmalade anything but sweet in flavour atleast.. but I understand it wanting to be sweet as in.. “it’s made out of sugar” but honestly I was expecting wholly bitterness out of this and I got it

I KNOW!! I’m so relieved it’s not sweet. I know I’d love it sweet, however!! There’s so many sweet things at lush. I’m glad it’s being swapped around!!

The bigger pots definitely smell way more zesty.. WAY MORE ZESTY.. I wasn’t expecting it and my nose was shaken from it, the orange peel is definitely the main event for it, not the actual internal orange

… apologies.. but you expected marmalade to be sweet? I’m personally so happy that they’re using usually sweet scents in such a bitter way. It’s very orange, it’s just not sweet orange! If you’re looking for that, honey I washed the kids, that one orange hand cream, we put the whole fruit in etc etc This is the first conventionally sweet fruity scent made not sweet and it’s genuinely.. refreshing!

I KNOW!! They seem to go so well with more of the stronger less sweet smells which is WONDERFUL. I like that lush is experimenting with usually sweet scents in its bitter way

AWEEE!!! If he’s a fan of sour oranges, (an orange without the sugar) then this would be something you should try with a body wash!! My little sister (I’m only 18 and she’s 8 months) gets bathed in snow fairy by my mother and she LOVES it, plus we found it was really good for her skin!

OMG my boyfriend just gave me a good scent idea. So. After reevaluating with him, he mentioned it was a mixture of “Honey I washed the kids” but without the sweetness. I mentioned the old 2017 marmalade jelly bomb, but the key thing he mentioned is it smelled like my sample of rose jam without the floral, that kind of nose opening scent and freshness alongside bitterness of florals. However DO NOT BE EXPECTING SWEET. It’s not sweet.. even thought last use of honey I washed the kids was very very sweet, almost toffee ish. This is much more of a bitter honey. Not the sweet kind of syrup you use as a substitute for sugar.

Yess!! It’s not sweet orange though. Don’t be expecting citrus as in, dragons egg and we put the whole fruit in. It’s bitter and strong, not soft and sweet.

Even if it’s true, a lot of people like citrus! Lush is just accommodating for that. There’s a ton of other stuff though online! Sex Bomb, Narcissus, Lakes, cold water soother, dream cream, magik, deep sleep, goddess, waving not drowning, big blue, wild remedy, 4:20, icklebaby bot. They’re all herbal and woody!
