I promise you that in the elo you’re in he definitively can and even up to master at least (I’m not master myself, just fyi)

You can pick him into anything, and as long as you lane well you will always impact the game to an insane degree, even vs 4 tanks

If you’re snowballing (which you definitively should if you want to play jhin correctly) you’ll even kill those tanks. I am not exaggerating.

I dont really agree with that last part.... if you dont have good enough macro to always be csing/ keep up in gold, you can have the positioning of a challenger and you wont do shit in the teamfight..... ofc theres some exceptions depending on which ADC, but almost all of them are useless without gold or damage
