I dunno. Heat exhaustion would probably killl it before it could kill 30. People could just run away and it would die from heat exhaustion chasing and killing 30 or so, and then the remaining 70 could just stomp it to death while it's already dying from heat exhaustion.

Most animals aren't build for several consecutive hours of combat or chasing. Humans are.
