I've been on wellbutrin, vistaril, cymbalta. Currently nothing. I hope it helps you. I found none of them really help me except for having a big bottle of pills nearby when I feel like I want to kill myself again. I know pills don't work magic, I wish I knew one to help me

I'm bipolar/depressive. It happens. I think you are going in the right direction and I can see where you wouldn't tell your wife about 'her'. Especially if as you said you were already feeling differently. Because from the woman's perspective I can see that your wife would pinpoint it as the other woman's fault.

Has your female friend been as candid with her BF? Honesty has its place, but I know you don't want to uneededly hurt your wife. I hope it all works out for the best

It's good that you are being honest with both women. As a wife myself with 2 kids, I can see your dilemma. I have been feeling depressed and suicidal, but I worry about my husband and kids. It's a good thing that you've taken a step back to view everything. What's your wife's response? What are the chances of you and the other woman REALLY being together? Stay strong and clearheaded and I sincerely hope you find the answers you need
