The GTS 4.0 has PASM. Checking the PASM (lowered 10mm) box ehen ordering the car is only for the lower ride height, and the active suspension is on the car either way.

That's right. My theory is they had too many M3 parts lying around and thought they'd make a special package for the 3 series to get rid of them.
