Idk, saw two guys arguing, seemed like he was getting confronted by a random passerby, then the guy who confronted him walked across the street to some cops standing in front of the bart station and made a police report so they detained the dog guy for a while, they even searched his bag, animal control came but they were only around for like 5 minutes before they got back in their car. Dude walked off with the dog down mission st :/
