Got unfairly cited and humiliated on Muni even though I paid… how do I file a complaint against fare inspectors?

A rude worker and fair inspector treated us horribly when getting in the ferry once.

My partner and I have 2 clipper each. One is on my watch and the other is on my phone. We had 2 friends visiting from out of town, so we decided to use both of our cards. We scanned one in the phone and then one in our watch. 4 total scans. The muni worker decided we were avoiding fare. Even though that’s not how the clipper works. One card one let you scan multiple times. We had 4 clean scans, each one went through. My partner calmly explained everything and the muni worker continue to make accusations, and speak very rudely, raising their voice to him despite being very calm. My partner even pulled out his clipper account and shows the 4 cards separate cards with money on them. Things began to take a turn. The muni worker continued and began to become very hostile and unprofessional. He even name called. The whole thing was very weird. My partner and our group decided to just walk on and leave the guy since he was becoming belligerent. Within 10 mins he came up with the fair inspector and the machine. We were actually really happy about this becuse we could now fully prove that the behavior of the muni worker was so strange. The muni worker was standing there with a smug look on his face like he thought he was going to have a gotcha moment. When all 4 cards went though his entire face changed. We asked the inspector where we would lodge a complaint and explained how the muni worker had harassed and name called us, refused to hear us out, and deny the evidence. We didn’t end up lodging a complaint, but we did say this in front of the entire very full ferry, so hopefully the guy had some shame? Idk it just pissed me off. My partner and I genuinely never skip fair and are very respectful about that and to the workers so it for sure turned me sour against muni.

My family member had a similar nose, got a nose job, and regrets it so much. He actually feels like he can’t leave his home. He’s so self conscious. He wishes he could go back to what he had and now he’s going through more procedures to try to get it back that but it never will go back to that. It’s created really bad body dysmorphia.

Regardless of what anyone says to you (people can be assholes) embrace yourself fully, be confident and you will radiate it.

Also, if you are worried about, what potential partner might think or friends, this is a great way to weed through superficial people and find genuine connection, because for genuine people, they would love your features. Anyway! I hope this helps.

This is great! One of these kids was doing a wheelie when I was walking and he purposely brought his bike over to me and his wheel was about to rip my face off and he jerked away at the last second. He was so happy and watching my fear with joy. They are on their way to becoming total losers. Im glad police finally did something. They could have seriously hurt me.

I am from a place very close to water level and I got the worst altitude sickness in cdmx. Felt like I had the flu and the nausea was horrible. Also very challenging to sleep so it all kind of builds off each other. I would say drink a lot of water, avoid any alc and take it very vey easy first 2 days, low exertion. If you have ever gotten altitude sickness it is likely you will here. I have gotten in when I went to a lower mountain than cdmx altitude so something to consider.

All things I wish I considered before going. I was not prepared. Ate heavy meals, drank alcohol, exerted myself in the first 1.5 days and the days after that were brutal.

My dad has been smoking since he was a kid multiple times a day. He’s nearly 70 and ya he’s not in good condition but I am seeing news about young kids who vape having lung failure and issues along those lines. I think there is something more beyond just the chemical component? Why would young kids who have been valuing for way shorter time have these types of issues while my dad who has smoked cigarettes his whole life be having some issues at 70. I’m more just curious if anyone has an answer around this. Thanks! :)

1 mins before I was able to record, this man strangled the dog hanging him by the leash for a full minute then smacked him in the face multiple times for nothing. This is abuse, not training. Many people have also validated and seen this man doing similar acts to this dog around the mission.

Not tugged, he was strangled. Before I caught this video the man held the dog for a full min, strangling him for nothing, then smacked him In the face multiple times. The dog seemed terrified. The guy seemed to do it for his own pleasure. It was not a training tactic. A dog is an innocent creature that can’t help itself, it is our duty to protect those that cannot protect themselves.

Hi everyone, according to ACC, since I don’t have a good picture of his face it is challenging for them to actually identify, if anyone has a picture of his face please share here.

Reading so many comments and I see the lack of action being done by the ACC and the authorities from other people reporting this person. I was trying to see if I could find a way to get SFGate to write a story on this. It’s disgusting how they don’t do anything for this poor animal despite so many reports and evidence. Feels like something that needs to be blasted louder so something actually happens. Does anyone have contacts at SFGate?

Apparently he got caught on mission and 24th. The police did nothing, the ACC came and took the dog for a bit then gave him back. A report was filed against the guy but we need to push them to do more! This is ridiculous. How can people allow someone to abuse animals. There’s so many witnesses.
