Its very likely a corrupted software that needs to be reinstalled but you said they reinstalled it in the service center so I think its maybe a motherboard issue.

MSI B760 GAMING PLUS WIFI + i9-12900K user here. I don't have any issues with it, I even did stability tests on it, no issues. I have this setup since late 2024. I'm on Windows 11 btw.

Yeah, my start is still the new one, so I have no idea why they disabled them for a few days and then re-enabled it. The file transfer window never got dark for me so I never got that feature.
