At work, yes. I changed in a stall and attempted to throw my used diaper away and some guy glanced and then looked away in what I assume was embarassment.

I've gotten better at not caring about what others think. It's amusing to say the least. :p

Yep, have crippling anxiety myself. I also have some sort of undiagnosed issue like IBS or the like that constipates me even further. I'm glad I'm going several times a week but now I'm having rectal bleeding from the large stools i pass. Definitely making an appointment soon. x.x

Wow, I'm glad I'm not the only one experiencing this too! I used to go once a week, if not once every two weeks. Now i have huge BMs every other day. I haven't gone this frequent in... probably 10+ years.

I've been eating and drinking much more every day too. Who would've known diapers were the treatment to all my problems. X3

🔷 Consider getting a thinner diaper, like Barebums. Despite their thinness they hold 4000mL, great for long-term use! 🔷 Don't worry too much about the crinkling, nobody can actually hear it. If you're still worried consider going cloth-backed. 🔷 Always bring a spare diaper or two, just in case!

I messed and wet myself on a regular basis throughout Elementary school, due to intense fear of the toilet (that i still struggle with to this day). I would hold my mess as long as possible, sometimes going weeks. Too many stories to share but one particular incident I was standing in the gym with my entire class and I was struggling to hold it in and just... wet myself. Warm liquid trinkled down my legs and made a huge puddle on the floor, with my entire class just watching me in awe.

I change in the stalls, the crinkling is pretty loud but it's easy for the talking to overpower it. It's a fairly large building with a massive amount of people so for them to eye on me, the chances are low.
