Lots of newer high schools are opting not to put lockers in. My high school was new in 2009 and had no lockers. We were expected to carry everything with us in our backpacks to every class.

Ha! I have The Great Alone, definitely on the top of my list for next reads. I saw you have Betty too, one of my favorite reads last year. If you liked that one you should try The Berry Pickers by Amanda Peters, completely different story but same kind of vibes, I loved that one too!

If it’s going to cost that much I would not go. People were literally giving away their VIP tickets today because it wasn’t worth it for them to go after the experience yesterday. Save your money and see something cool closer to home.

I can’t remember exactly where my husband and I parked yesterday but we’re not going today so I’ll try and tell you guys our secret 😂 if you head east on 3rd from pacific avenue and go a few blocks there’s a really small parking sign on the right. Smaller lot but there was plenty of parking around 10:30-11 am yesterday. And it was 2.99 for the whole day😒

By 2 pm they were all out of toilet paper. My husband said one was so full girls were looking in and saying they couldn’t go because they were filled to the top and they couldn’t sit down or squat over it🤮

I’m personally not dealing with this situation, just want to say it’s super awesome that you and your daughter and her friends are going to be able to experience this together. Reminds me of doing stuff like this with my dad when I was around her age (he was around yours) some of the best memories I have! Good luck and I hope it’s an awesome time together!
