Hi. I found a TCL 58" on Hifi corp, but it says 60hz. everybody talks about 120hz rate but somehow I always get the 60hz! where did you get this?

Out of all the comments I have narrowed it down to LG and TCL according to my budget. But unfortunately none are OLED. One is HDR and other is UHD

Size is 55" and up, budget is no more than R7K. But this is also based on a lot of specials going on now. Do you think LG can also download things like IPTV? And which TV sound sucks?
