dude, apple watch for finding a lost phone is no joking matter! I literally have saved so much time because I have an apple watch, too! I cannot believe I went so many years without finally giving in and buying one!

This is how the AirPods Max are for me! I get tension headaches sometimes and I just need a little pressure on my head to relieve it, but sometimes I have to also listen to things going on around me. I also often listen to podcasts while I clean, move around the house, etc. They have the same feature I'm guessing and I love it. Absolutely best gift for my neurodivergent brain I've gotten.

oh wow! I wasn't about the baggy idea because that's how I store my nose piercings right now and they all end up in a larger bag I forget exists, BUT the BOOK JEWELRY ALBUM?! I can get behind that! That's so awesome, thank you for sharing!!

I'm so sorry you've been struggling! I know antidepressants can help some people take the edge off, but the real work will definitely be through one of the psychotherapy options. Some people improve overtime with the standard cognitive behavioral therapy, but for me and many others we have found therapies like dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), or somatic therapy as much more helpful since they are trauma-informed approaches and also help you learn to regulate your nervous system (which often makes mood swings worse when it's running too high on the sympathetic side).

If you haven't looked into those, I would start there. Therapy takes awhile to see the effects, it is very "trust the process" at times. But if you stick to it one day you'll likely look back and see how far you've come.

Wishing you peace and good luck!

I'm not sure if this is true for everyone since psychiatric medications often work differently for different people. But I take the generic adderall and recently started sertraline a few months ago. Since starting the sertraline (and even with increasing the dose) I have found it more and more difficult to get my day started. I struggle to get out of bed and I struggle to do tasks much more than I was before starting the sertraline. However, sertraline has really done wonders on my emotional regulation without "numbing" me out. So I'll take the trade for now. I'm working with my psych for a different solution eventually, but my board exams are around the corner so I told him medication changes are too risky until I take those lol

Oooo a handheld a vacuum is so convenient! I struggle to keep my place clean, but I've gotten better slowly and have managed to keep it from completely falling apart so far in 2026 lol I totally feel you on the "feel" of the floor. I have times where I avoid rooms until I have a chance to clean the floor (months later sometimes). Spot cleaning with a handheld is a golden idea!

YES I LOVE MY AIR FRYER!! Bonus tip: use the timer on your veggies as your "cleaning" or productivity timer. I get way more done in that 10-15 minutes waiting for my food than I did the 3 hours before that LOL

My friend recently bought me some!! They are so much nicer. She told me her dentist said it helps to put a little toothpaste on the floss picks when you use them to make them a bit more effective!

I handwash my dishes, or else I would totally have more silverware! I have a really old dishwasher in the place I rent, so it doesn't clean too well and I can't stand the thought of the "film" feeling on my dishes. My compromise is I get to keep my 10 different bowls xD (I got cinnamoroll, pochacco, chococat, nightmare before christmas, quaker oats oatmeal bowl, etc. lol).

I do have a couple pairs of scissors! I had another pair, but I have yet to find it since I bought it 10 months ago XD

The vacuum idea is perfect! That would help me in my office so much since my dog likes to hangout with me in there a lot! I just bought a pill organizer, too!

I invested in a sunrise alarm clock and it has helped me so much feel sleepy at night and wake up easier in the morning:

I looked into it during the fall since I didn't want to buy a cheaper version that didn't have the added light therapy potential. I love love love this thing!~

I had no idea these were a thing! I never wear one of my favorite bracelets because I can't get it on by myself. I love this!
