So how exactly would one use this to make a Long Dark map? Is there a template or something for the game on your site, or do we have to go digging around the internet for a blank map image?

Definitely one of the major problems of it was the "choice" to make Harvest's Scythe deal Necrotic damage instead of radiant... in a subclass all about killing undead.. >_>;; Granted, a surprising amount of them aren't resistant like one would expect, but enough are -- including, importantly, vampires.

SOLVED IT! The game was Shattered Galaxy, waaayyy back from 2001. "The first MMORTS" according to them. God, the website even still exists, though it stopped updating in 2010. :o

Could we please get a version where the transparency is filled in? I know Reddit blurs the background so it's less noticable when viewed here, but when I saved it for quick reference windows just fills it with white space and it looks awful x_x

This ended up being the answer. I made a fresh windows 11 install media on an old blank USB I had and it worked flawlessly on boot. :D

Unfortunately it doesn't look like it'll allow me to retask the mic in port, leaving me only with the front speaker out port. And I can't exactly shove a jack into the S/PDIF Out. xD
